Michael Ballato, Esq.

A native of Culpeper, Virginia, Mike has over thirty years legal and extensive courtroom experience in Central Virginia, including the cities of Richmond, Petersburg, and Fredericksburg, and Colonial Heights, and the counties of Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, and New Kent.

A graduate from the University of Virginia in 1977 and the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1980, Mike has practiced in the Richmond metropolitan area since 1980.

He has been widely recognized by clients, peers in the legal field, and local organizations for his professional and personal contributions to the community.

Mike is active as a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Glen Allen, Virginia, where he also serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 736. He is active in both bar and community activities throughout the Richmond metropolitan area.
