TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO PERSON-TO-PERSON VISITS
In recognition of the need to limit our interpersonal contacts while dealing with the spread of the Corona virus, and in an abundance of caution, the decision has been made to close the offices at both the Libbie and Cary Street locations to in-person and on-site visits from the general public.
Business will continue as usual in all respects other than we will not be handling “walk-ins” or visits to the offices by persons who want to make “in-person” visits with their payments or questions.
There will need to be a heightened awareness, and an emphasis given to answering phone-calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
There is no time schedule for the return to normal operations.
